The sovereign waters of the spa town of Montbrun-les-Bains are indicated for the treatment of respiratory tract and rheumatism.  Montbrun is also the most beautiful medieval vision that we can have in the region. Selected as one of "The Most Beautiful Villages of France", its russet houses, supported by high buttresses built on the rock or by strong archways rise on each other, dominated by the split and jagged towers of the castle built in 1564/1573 by Charles Dupuy-Montbrun, famous Protestant leader in the Dauphiné.

The spa of Montbrun-les-Bains offers a wide range of packages fitness on one or more days in the Espace Détente including pool, hammam, sauna, panoramic terrace with jacuzzi and solarium, courses of fitness, relaxation and aquagym (according to planning).
